Once per year take charge of your health & have a Total Health & Wellbeing Assessment. Sanctuary Sanitarium uses a ‘wholistic’ approach to health giving you a complete overview of your health.

This assessment takes 2-2.5 hours & integrates the services of a GP, Dietitian & Exercise Physiologist. The assesment encourages proactive & preventative health, something unique from traditional health approaches & with strong evidence of long-term health results. This service incorporates state-of-the-art technology including Sense-Wear activity & sleep monitors as well as Bio-Age reporting.
