Who should join
  • Everyone can benefit from Pilates and all exercises can be adapted or progressed to suit varying levels of ability
  • Classes will include stretching, breathing/postural advice and dynamic pilates exercises including mat, ball, theraband, foam roller and balance boards
  • All participants are required to sign a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire before commencing classes
  • Prior booking is essential
What to bring

  • Ensure you have pre-booked
  • Comfortable layered, active clothing
  • Pilates mat provided

Cost

  • 2+ x week for 10 week course = $20/class
  • 1 x week for 10 week course = $25/class
  • Casual: $30/class
  • Upon completion of your first session we ask that you pay casual or for the Package deal in full. This secures your place in the class time/day of your choice.
  • Use your Physio benefits and claim it back through your health fund
