Our program is designed to help you find your healthy weight and maintain it through practical nutrition, exercise and lifestyle coaching while incorporating the latest research.
During the 12 week program* you will have regular sessions with our Psychologist/Health Coach, Dietitian, Exercise Physiologist and GP; all working together to help you achieve your goals. While losing weight and centimetres may be your main focus, we target other objectives such as reducing cholesterol, blood glucose and even improving work life balance so that you will not only look better, but you will be healthier and feel great too.

This sounds strange for a weight loss program but it really is about eating more of the foods that are going to be beneficial to your health and wellbeing, rather than focusing on what you shouldn’t have. Once we make sure you are getting adequate amounts of various types of food that contribute to improvement, your natural tendency will be to reduce the intake of the foods which cause harm.

Everyone knows exercise is key to our health but how do we fit it in our normally busy lifestyles? With ‘More is Less’ we develop strategies to help you get motivated and keep you focused, while ensuring it fits into your individual environment. We have the people, facilities and equipment to keep you on track. As part of our program you will wear the SenseWear armband to calculate your energy expenditure, sleep patterns, and movement habits. This state of the art technology has proven to give clients amazing insight and motivation for health improvement.
