Payment Methods

Sanctuary accepts payment by cash, EFTPOS and personal cheque. We also use the HICAPS system, allowing you to obtain your Medicare and Private Health Insurance rebate (if eligible) at the time of your consultation.

Payments made with any other Credit Cards or Direct Deposits will not incur any handling fee.

Health Funds & Rebates 

Our consultation rebates are in line with Medicare Australia's rebate for eligible services. Rebates are also available from many private health funds and can be claimed at the time of your consultation using our electronic HICAPS system. Check with your health fund to see whether you have coverage for allied health services. Learn more about how you can make the most of your health cover.
