Saying goodbye to Hay Fever
Hay fever or seasonal allergic rhinitis affects 1 in 5 Australians. Symptoms may appear early spring when trees start pollinating or early summer when grasses pollinate. Although pollens are known as triggers to hay fever, taking into account whole person health, biochemical imbalances also contribute.
Some tips to reduce hayfever symptoms:
1. Take 2000mg Vitamin C per day
2. Take 1 B-group vitamin complex per day
3. 1-3 cups of dandelion root tea or coffee unsweetened
4. Vegan diet for 2 weeks (exclude all meats, fish, eggs and dairy)
