Heather brings with her many years of experience in the customer service industry, both in the corporate world and in community services. Her passion is working with people to ensure they feel welcome and at ease, regardless of their circumstances.

Heather loves to spend time with her family and friends, especially when it involves a restaurant or camping by the beach. In her spare time she immerses herself in interior design projects and enjoys creating anything artistic.

Experience

During her career, Heather has worked as a nurse assistant, a receptionist and personal assistant with the Salvation Army Counseling Service. She has also enjoyed working at the Sanitarium Health Food Company as a receptionist, personal assistant and sales representative.

Emma has a strong background in the health and wellbeing industry on a personal and professional level. She is currently completing her Diploma of Practice Management, and has a genuine interest in working with people from a variety of backgrounds.

Her creative passion is music and Emma is currently learning the harp, using her skill as a concert pianist to guide her along the way. If that wasn’t impressive enough, Emma also has a good understanding in German!

Emma has worked across a broad spectrum of healthcare settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, optometrists, as well as General and Allied Health Practices.

Elycia thoroughly enjoys being a receptionist because she has a genuine passion to serve and interact with people. With a delightful attitude and positive outlook on life, Elycia makes for a perfect ‘face of the company’. She is very interested in health and wellbeing and believes in living life abundantly. 

With a rich family heritage of Portuguese and Cook Islander, Elycia loves to travel, spend time with loved ones and experience new things. An avid Op-shopper, Elycia appreciates fashion and culture.

Experience

Elycia has much experience in customer service. Some of her former roles include medical receptionist for an accounting firm and a doctors surgery.  She has also worked as a waitress for functions and football games. Elycia recently returned from Florida, USA after completing a Bible Worker Diploma.
